Unity provides unique and effective services to children/youth and thier families in Chicago Public Schools. Eligibility criteria are:
Project Ignite Is the Unity housing and social services program for males, females and families headed by youth, 18-24, who are living with HIV/AIDS. Youth receive stable housing, linkage to medical treatment, linkage to other mainstream resources, case management, counseling, life skills training, education employment preparation training, substance abuse education, etc. Eligibility criteria are:
